- Rating 5.0The customer service and experience was amazing! The woman at the front desk was very kinda and patient with me as it was my first time there. She helped me get set up with the forms and then introduced me to Claimene who did my massage. Claimene was very kind and thorough from beginning to end of my session. She has such a warm and sweet personality! I look forward to seeing her again soon!

She also put too much lotion on me and didn’t rub it in. Did not tell me that she was done. Got a hot towel to wipe myself off. Didn’t offer me any water. Just left and when I came out she was nowhere to be seen.
