- Rating 2.0Massage envy as a company makes it difficult for people to cancel their membership. All of the hidden rules and regulations that are not discussed when a member first joins, are very frustrating to hear when trying to cancel membership and redeem remaining massages. Here are the hidden rules which frustrated me as a member and caused me to move forward with another company: 1. You must use any unused massage credits within 60 days. 2. If you gift a massage to another person, you have to pay $10 - ridiculous. 3. You can’t gift a massage to the same person within 6 MONTHS 4. You can’t gift multiple massages back to back. You must wait 30 days to be able to gift a massage to a new person These rules are ridiculous and make it too complicated for someone who moves out of state and isn’t close to a massage envy location anymore. Poor experience. Masseuse and location was GREAT but the company itself is a pain in the *****.

- Rating 5.0The customer service and experience was amazing! The woman at the front desk was very kinda and patient with me as it was my first time there. She helped me get set up with the forms and then introduced me to Claimene who did my massage. Claimene was very kind and thorough from beginning to end of my session. She has such a warm and sweet personality! I look forward to seeing her again soon!
