- Rating 2.5Over priced for service provided and charged extra to leave a tip on Tippy. Not a good practice!
- Rating 3.5The salon’s choice of relaxation music is not relaxing but depressing. Then some times there’s no music, just sound of their breathing, which is like being in the gym lifting weights. Bring back the music, try holistic sounds and tribal . Wish I could select my own.

- Rating 5.0I've had great experiences with all technicians whether it be facials or massages. They always try and make sure I enjoy my experience, and even try to book me with people I'm familiar with and comfortable.
- Rating 1.0Loved David, massage therapist who did deep tissue and then left. I had an appt. with him but when I went in they told me he was no longer there. They were not concerned about my inconvenience but if I was too late for an appt or missed I lost my money. They would not compensate me for my session lest except to reschedule. No one else was deep tissue. They said they were and I was charged the deep tissue fee but it WAS NOT deep tissue. They went through A LOT of therapists. They must not pay them enough?? Elizabeth was phenomenal as a facialist!! She was professional, relaxing and kind!! She belongs in a HIGH END SPA!!! (I have been to Red Doir in D.C. and Elizabeth was better!!) They messed up on my remaining packages when I cancelled my membership so if I hadn’t questioned it I would have lost a full 1 hour service. The last asst. Mgr I spoke with about these issues was very rud and couldn’t care less. I asked for the MGR to call me and she insisted they would not and SHE WAS THE ASST. MGR😳🤬 I am glad I cancelled as no one there does deep tissue anymore and it was difficult to get an appt for a massage anyway. I will miss Elizabeth. This is the CHRISTIANA MALL location in Delaware. Keep track of your packages, do not rely on them like I did. Join at your own risk.
