1. Very difficult to get appointments. Therapists are booked weeks in advance. 2. Very difficult to get in to scheduled appointment. When I arrived I texted that I was there. I was told to fill out the second form. I had already filled out both forms but completed second form. After a few minutes the receptionist called and told me to come in. Once inside, I was asked to fill the form out again! I told her I had already filled it out but she said it hadn't come through, so I filled it out a third time. I asked why they had the wrong therapists name on my appointment. Apparently when they had called me earlier in the day to reschedule my appointment, they didn't make the adjustment in their software. Added unnecessary stress and took about 10 minutes away from my appointment. 3. Scheduled appointment is NEVER 60 minutes. It's not even 50 minutes. I always arrive early but am never in the room at the beginning of my appointment time. Yet, they always end "on time" which in effect gives me a 40-45 minute appointment. I frequent other high end spas so I know none of these issues are due to "COVID". It's just bad policy.
