  I have found that the desk clerks are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and the benches are heated. It is also easy to change appointments.

  I had to switch numerous times Massage therapist, they all left. Nikia my current Massage therapist ist very good and I hope she is not leaving

  I have been a member with massage envy since moving to Dover in 2022. What I received yesterday was the worst massage I've ever had in my life. I did not pick this therapist, I was told she was available when another therapist(another problem here) had to cancel for the day. Unfortunately, what I was given as an excuse for the experience was not what I expected. I was told that the therapist was recently cleared to return to work, however, not cleared to do anything with too much pressure. I gave CAT a few chances to change the situation. Not one time did she say before, during, or after that she was not able to perform to normal standards. I would have gladly taken another therapist or even re-booked the appointment so that it could have been a better experience. Also, I feel that management could have handled the situation differently, better. Not only was I uncomfortable expressing my concerns, as there was another person in the room, Mindy should work on making the customer feel seen, heard. (If you are reading this, please don't continue with paperwork with your back to the person while someone is speaking. Though I was told that you were listening, it felt cold and like what I had to say didn't matter.) I was given the reason for why performance was sub-par and told I could get aromatherapy comped at my next appointment. What should have happened was that the entire service be replaced with a new one. Because , what might not be a lot to some, can be huge to others. And unfortunately if the therapist was not able to do everything, tell the customers that, allow them to choose another therapist, not waste their time and money to receive something they are jotting down satisfied with. I typically am not the one to complain, I will go through with the service and never book with or to service with the person or company again. But because this was the worst experience I've ever received, I had to let management know because not only did she not perform to standards, but it also seemed very rushed like let me hurry and get this over with.
