I like the concept of your salon but the waiting room before you go into the massage is not really relaxing in a spa-way, it's just dark and cramped. The girl at the front desk was nice enough, but hard to understand because of what I'm guessing was a tongue ring. There were cups of water that lined the front desk that had clearly been drank by past clients, which made the reception area seem dirty. The massage therapist was extremely nice and good, but didn't really focus on the areas I was experiencing pain, rather focused on what he felt needed attention. I filled out paperwork that my neck was bothering me. He did focus on my upper back, which helped, but I really wanted the knot in my neck worked on which wasn't done. I understand that I'm not trained in what muscles connect to, but I really feel disappointed that I spent $80 and still have a knot in my neck. What areas he did focus on do feel amazing, so I do think he was talented. He was also very pleasant and did a soft sale for the facility, which from a business standpoint is great.
