- Rating 5.0The “stretching” sessions are a unique find at ME I encourage all members to try stretching once and you’ll be glad you did. I found stretching enabled me to do better at YOGA and balance and flex classes at my gym. I’ve become more limber and I can now do “child’s pose as good as my instructor the gym I owe it all to my ME therapist Rebecca. Rebecca is fabulous she “listens” she “hears me”! I am so encouraged by my results with her that I go twice a month to ME just for the stretches. I been doing this for the past 18 months. Rebecca knows my limitations but she also knows how to gently push this me. When I go to the gym it’s so much easier doing “downward dog” I can not keep up with the class. I wish I discovered this session years ago.
