- Rating 5.0I have been having facials with Elizabeth for almost 2 yrs now, she is wonderful & I highly recommend her.
- Rating 1.0The last time I went my massage therapist(Jennifer) fell asleep while massaging my leg. She kept resting her head on me. I actually stopped her 15 minutes in and left. This time, my massage therapist (Thomas) took me in 10 minutes late, didn’t have me and my partner scheduled for a couples (even though that was how I requested it during booking) and then rubbed my back without any sort of sense of direction. My partner had a similar experience with Jennifer as I did even at one point asking her if she was OK because she wasn’t massaging him. I felt like thomas had no experience. A few massages back, I utilized Carla and she used gloves while massaging me, very uncomfortable.
- Rating 5.0I started coming to Massage Envy for facials because I had gone to so many different dermatologists for years and my acne problems would never get better. I was on so many harsh products and antibiotics. I didn’t want to go on Accutane and that was the only thing the dermatologists recommended at the point I was at. I decided to get a facial as a last resort because it was the only thing I hadn’t tried for my skin. After one hour with Elizabeth C and even the front desk staff I felt so hopeful and confident that we could finally get my skin to a place I wanted it to be at. Even within the first month after using the Jan Marini products I saw a huge difference. And now after a handful of months I couldn’t be happier with how my skin looks. I was able to stop using all the hard products on my face and my skin has never been clearer, brighter and happier. I owe all of it to Massage Envy and I am so eternally grateful for that!
- Rating 4.5The staff was very nice and welcoming. There were some issues with the forms online that might be fixed with paper copies of the forms, but it did not detract from my experiences.
- Rating 5.0I had the best deep tissue massage with Matt and an equally great facial with Dana👌👌 I’ve been a member for 2 yrs and love the specials they run and the flexibility of getting an appt 7 days a week. Staff is always very pleasant and informative.

- Rating 3.0Massage was just OK. Not really the type of massage that I’ve used to and I’ve been going for massages for 20+ years. Therapist was very attentive and interested, but just not the depth or style of massage that I prefer. I think it will just take some time to find the right therapist.
