- Rating 1.0The service I paid for was not rendered. Paid for a 60 minute massage and time was wasted to discuss options and the massage time was reduced to much less than 60 minutes.
- Rating 3.0Massage was just OK. Not really the type of massage that I’ve used to and I’ve been going for massages for 20+ years. Therapist was very attentive and interested, but just not the depth or style of massage that I prefer. I think it will just take some time to find the right therapist.
- Rating 4.5It can be a little hit or miss with some of the therapists but otherwise the service is a good for the price.
- Rating 3.5Too much noise from an adjacent room. Two women constantly giggling and cackling for an hour. It was like they were out at a bar having drinks and not getting a massage. Very distracting and very inconsiderate. I've never experienced this at another Massage Envy location, I will think twice before visiting Shelton again.

- Rating 1.5My last couple of experiences were not good. The very last experience that I had my massage therapist had oversized gloves on. It didn’t feel great and it was extremely noisy so it was hard to relax. I didn’t know she was going to have gloves on until she already started.
