  Very inexperienced masseuses, 10 minutes if taken off of the time you booked (example, 60 min massage is only 50 mins hands on) rooms aren’t as relaxing as other places I’ve been to.

  I’ve had many bad experiences at this Massage Envy and often think about canceling my membership. I have also had some great experiences. I like Scott and Derek is great Carol who does Cranial Sacral and there were a few people I liked that quit. I made the mistake of coming in the other night And going with Laura N who I didn’t realize I had had before and had a similar bad experience. Laua has some sort of issue with the way my legs lie. It annoys her that when I’m laying on my back, my legs don’t go straight out my feet flare to the right a little bit. The first time I saw her she went on and on about how this wasn’t normal and can I straighten my legs out? It was so strange that I went to a physical therapist and asked do I have something wrong with my legs and she said not at all everybody’s legs go in or out a little bit and yours aren’t even very severe. While I was there, she also went on and on about maybe I had a heart condition because I told her I had started a new job where I was on my feet all day and my legs felt swollen. They hurt so much so I wanted her to rub them. Anyway, it was a very stressful and anxiety provoking Massage. I hated every minute of it and I never wanted to see her again, but there is nowhere to put in the notes that you don’t like a certain person and you don’t want to go back to see them. You can only add them as a favorite provider. I accidentally saw her the other night And forgot who she was but thought wow she’s really grouchy. She acted annoyed before we even started the massage she wasn’t friendly. She also showed up late then when I told her I was really cold she said the table will warm up. I told her a couple times I was freezing. She didn’t seem to care and then she started complaining about my legs and taking them and forcibly moving them into the position that she thought was appropriate And she started telling me how they were a problem again and that I should just be careful. Like be careful of what? What on earth was I supposed to be careful of well she didn’t tell me but apparently I’m supposed to be careful during my massage because my feet flare out a little bit when I’m laying on my back. I am furious and sick of the fact that I don’t know who I’m gonna get for a massage. There should be pictures and bios for each of the massage therapist so you can make an educated decision when you choose somebody and you can also mark down if you’d rather not see them again. I’m once again, considering canceling this subscription if I can’t find a therapist that I like that’s actually available. Thank you.

  Jessica was great, she made me feel comfortable and you can tell she actually cared about my concerns and listened to where my problem areas were, she even gave me advise on what I can do moving forward to help the issue I was dealing with
