The check in process was over the top ridiculous. I almost left. I was not able to get in to the office until 1 minute past the time when my massage was supposed to be starting. Furthermore, I was told twice by two different people that my massage therapist was "busy disinfecting the room" which was why she was late, but then I saw her walk into the building 1 minute prior to my appointment, so obviously that was a lie. Should have just told me she was out of the building and would be back shortly. I would like to make my next appointment right then and there but was told I needed to call to make the appointment. There have been many businesses that have stayed afloat during the time of Covid and have conducted business with the customers in a safe manner. Surely you can find a way to have us customers, which are behind the half-wall, make the next appointment face to face. If cashiers can do it safely at the supermarket, why can't your staff?
