The appointment scheduling that is in place. I called in to schedule an appointment with my therapist that I have been seeing for the last few years. When I was ready to check out to book the time slot, I was told 6:45pm on Monday, and needed to be transfered to place my CC on file because they are in a recorded line. The front desk was busy so they needed to call back. When the front desk called back I was on an important call. Once I finished I called back and explained why. Once again I was transfered to the front desk but it was busy again. I asked to have the secure link sent to me so I would not loose my appointment. I received the link and completed the form moments after I received it and received a receipt that the information was received. At that point I assumed I was all set. I showed up at 6:35 on Monday to enroll as a member again. No one could find my appointment and my therapist was booked. Apparently the form I completed was West Hartford, not Westfarms. I asked if I could be fit in that night with my therapist. That was what I assumed when I was asked to come back at 7:45. Since I assumed I was getting the therapist I requested, front desk did not tell me it would be someone different, I decided to wait. Once I was in the waiting room I was met by someone I was not expecting. The session was ok but not what I was expecting. I came out feeling more stressed then when I went in. I felt like I was just robbed of my money with no effort to make it right. I will stay a member now that I signed up but I am not happy with how my first session back went. I hope things will be made right in the future. I wish I just walked out and rescheduled. I usually feel nice and relaxed until the following month. Can't say the same at this moment.
