  I have been seeing Agada for a while now and she is always happy, cheerful and kind. The front desk are helpful and very nice.

  Your business practices that keep clients locked into membership that increases exponentially over time, hard to get in, appointments not honored and took money during the Covid shut down.

  The massage was great. Agate was very intuitive. The reason for my rating was the receptionist that was helping me, didn't let me fill out my own paperwork which resulted in her asking medical information infront of another guest. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I feel as though it was a violation of my privacy. The receptionist claimed to have been there for several years, which made me feel as though I may not be the only one who has experienced this.she was kind and I see why she is up front, but the medical information discussion is for me and my massage therapist

  Liz was absolutely amazing, super friendly without the fake lol very attentive and communicative as well. Plan on making it a monthly thing with her now and thanks to the help of the lovely front desk associate, I plan on making this a monthly.

  I'm canceling my membership due to the constant increase in rates year after year. Due to this reason, this is not something I can recommend.

  There is never any massage appointments available and the price keeps going up and up. I'm unable to catch up with my collected sessions due to this lack of availability so i have to use them on things like facials. If i cancel i only have a limited time to use my sessions.

  Your massage therapists are excellent but your prices are getting too high. A one hour massage is going up to a $90 cost...then you "suggest" a mid range Tip of $38+, bringing the one hour ( which really is a 45 min massage once it gets started to finishing) to a total of around $130. That's way over priced.

  Providers are good but usually booked out 6+ weeks, so not as convenient.

  Gaby was one of the best massage therapists that I have ever had in over 40 years of receiving massages. I wish that I could arrange to have all of my massages with her. I was happily surprised to be able to have an evening appointment.
