- Rating 1.0Unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff. Made an appointment online only to find our when I arrived the online appointment system doesn’t work, even though there was no indication of it not working when I made the appointment. So I couldn’t be seen. Very inconvenient as I put that time aside for a massage.
- Rating 3.5I liked my massage and the massage therapist is skilled. To make this rating a 10, I would've liked more relaxation ambiance before and after the session. When I got into the room it was quiet and very basic. Having music on while getting on the table would be nice. At the end of the session, she somewhat abruptly turned on the lights after and said "ok your session is over see you outside". I would've liked to have a few minutes to soak in the massage with dimmed lighting. It seemed very much like "this is just a job and I am on a timer". I also filled out all this info before the session and it seemed like she didn't receive any of it or reviewed it? The desk staff when I arrived was very straight forward which is fine for the bare minimum, but people are coming there to escape and relax and having someone personable welcome you makes a difference. I've gotten quite a few massages elsewhere and this unfortunately ranks lowest on my experiences but again the quality of the massage itself did do the job.
