  The service provider was great when it came down to my massage, however, she did speak too much in our session and it was hard to relax due to the ongoing conversation. I did not say anything during our session because I found it disrespectful to ask her to stop but I think conversation should have stayed light.

  Don't like that it is only a membership. No cap on the number of banked credits. No way to put membership on hold.

  I came in 10 minutes before my appointment my appointment was at 4:00pm Elizabeth came for me around 4:10 and maybe started my massage around 4:20 and I was not given the hour massage that I paid for I also wanted a full body massage and she only worked on my neck and shoulders.

  Well. I've been told by people I know personally who work at ME about the appointments for members work and how they leave a majority of the calendars open for new clients which is why it's so hard for members to get in. Additionally the cancelation policy for the membership is a bit misleading. Fortunately I use the service enough I don't want to right now but there have been times when financially the membership wasnt a priority but I was told I could not cance without paying the year off.
