- Rating 4.5I got my times mixed up and was late. They called me and asked if I was able to come - I was just in the area and got there within 10 minutes. Instead of cutting my appointment short - which would have been understandable, I was still given the 90 minutes. I really appreciated it!
- Rating 5.0Ashley is outstanding with deep tissue massage and does an excellent job with great consistency.
- Rating 4.5Booking is easy online. The only thing is I wish you could cancel through the online portal as well or at least reschedule.
- Rating 1.5It is difficult to schedule on the weekends, and you have to book months out to get the person you want. Often, appointments are cancelled, so it is difficult to use all of you membership appointments. (Once you get behind, it's hard to use all of the appointments that have accrued.)
