I give a 10/10 to the staff: The massage therapists listen to the areas I would like to focus on and which areas to avoid due to any injuries I may have. They are conscious of getting the pressure I would like and do a great job at targeting those areas. The people at the front desk are patient The only area I can see that could improve is the use of the online website. My husband and I are both members of Massage Envy and it would be nice to be able to enter into my account and actually see how many points I have accrued, used, and my appointments that I have booked for myself and him. I wish I could also actually book through the website. Whenever I need to do anything from asking how many points we both have and to make appointments or changes to any appointments, I must do it by physically calling. The staff is always helpful and quick to help, and I love getting the emails and text messages confirming my changes, however, it would be nice to see the cross over and see everything online.
