  I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I came in with persistent lower back pain that had been bothering me for years and I never really get relief but after just one session, I felt such a noticeable difference. She took the time and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and her technique was both professional and incredibly effective. I highly recommend I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I felt that my appointment was on time and that my wants/needs were discussed prior to the massage starting. I felt a little pressured to sign up for a membership, but ended up signing up for one anyway. The membership discussion took about 15 minutes after my massage.

  Not a higher rating because of the exorbitant prices and high-pressure sales tactic for membership. All of the prices were way too high for us working slugs.

  I booked my appointment on line and received an email confirmation that my appointment was confirmed for Thursday afternoon at 2:30. I arranged my schedule accordingly. I arrived at 2:30 explained to the front desk how I wished to have my payment applied. All went well. She asked for me to wait in the quiet waiting area. At 2:48 when she was helping another client. I asked her if there was a problem since I thought my appointment was at 2:30. She went out and checked and politely told me my appointment was at 3pm. I checked my emails and brought up my confirmation email and went to the front desk to show her my confirmation email for 2:30. She said sorry but her system showed 3pm and then dismissed me. I was not happy. If the roles were reversed and I had confirmation for 3pm and your system said 2:30pm, would I have been charged for being late? The massage tech was great, she apologized. I thought the front desk person should have made an effort to find out why this happened.
