  It has everything to do with the company policies. With competitor companies like elements massage, I am able to get a membership and share as many massages with my spouse as I would like. With your company, my husband can only give me a massage once every 6 months and I have to pay additional money to use it for something we have already paid for. It is asinine. Your prices have increased to ridiculous rates and your massage therapists don't see a dime of the increase. You also badger people at for tips which I find incredibly unprofessional. Personally there for a phone call with a friend who attended a massage at your location and was called after to be informed he did not tip enough and needed to consider tipping more. Every single interaction with your company has been a mistake that we are stuck in due to a contract. We will not renew our contract as soon as it is up and will go to your competitor instead.... Unless you change your practices which I highly doubt will occur. We will also never promote your company or recommend you to others unless these changes occur. Finally, the massage therapist was incredibly friendly and great at a deep tissue massage with trigger point. That said, I asked for a medium pressure massage and intended on going in for just the one session since I can't get additional sessions from my husband 's contract for 6 months and I refuse to pay more for an additional contract with you. My intent was to go in and get assistance with my shoulder which had been hurting but mainly to walk out. Feeling relaxed and good. Instead, it went into a very deep tissue massage and trigger point which I did not want because I knew it meant hurting afterward and being prompted to get additional massages to work out additional issues. I simply wanted a relaxing, enjoyable massage, not a healthcare problem solving massage. The only issue was the one shoulder and aside from more focus on that one area, I wanted a relaxing and enjoyable massage. A deep tissue trigger point therapy massage that is not necessarily enjoyable. Although it does help problems in the long run, it is a painful massage. I did not get to enjoy a nice massage and feel like my credit was completely wasted. Especially since I can't come back in for an additional massage for such a lengthy period of time. I do not feel like anyone listened to what I asked for.
