  Scheduled 1hr facial, took 10 minutes to set up while I laid on the table and total service was less than 30 minutes. I was out of the room looking at products after a total of 40 minutes (which included dressing time). When asked about pressure, it was not increased, as desired. The facial itself was very lackluster and really did nothing (I have had this procedure at other places many times with excellent, immediate results/glow).The service provider couldn’t answer questions about the products. The only aftercare recommendations I got was to “wash my hands and don’t like let dogs lick your face”. When asked about the length of the procedure, I was told “it takes as long as it takes”. This whole interaction was very unprofessional and very underwhelming.

  I like the Edgewater location because I have always been able to get an appointment when it works for me. The front desk staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and Tenayah is great, too; I appreciate her help and suggestions about what treatments I should get.

  The walls in the facility are very thin so you can hear conversations that are being had with other therapists and their clients. When I go in for my massage, it is my escape to meditate and relax, and this can on occasion be disruptive.. this past visit was the first time where I could hear the front desk women, talking, and laughing throughout my massage. This has never occurred before.. while I am all about one enjoying their job and socializing with their colleagues. It was a tad loud on this occasion..

  I want to be completely honest here. My boyfriend gifted me a massage and I was really looking forward to this. I have a lot of complaints about my massage and feel I wasted my gift card on this visit. I paid for a 60 minute massage and she finished at just around 45 minutes. The room smelled of strong fragrance and a little like musty feet underneath. My masseuse was listening to either a podcast or show (I’m assuming with earbuds) and it was loud enough for me to hear it the entire time. It was very distracting and kept me from fully relaxing. The massage itself was a big disappointment. I needed my left shoulder/neck to be worked on and this was the best part as there was intentional work done there. The rest of the massage seemed to lack technique and actual knowledge of muscular physiology. I described it to my boyfriend as someone applying oil to my body for 45 mins. I asked for medium to hard pressure and it felt more like rubbing or petting. There were times where she worked on parts of my body and it seemed like maybe she zoned out as it lost lots of pressure and went on for too long before changing up the area or technique. It felt like this person hasn’t gone through enough training or just possibly wasn’t present for the appointment. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received and there were times I almost verbalized wanting to stop it and leave.

  EXCELLENT THERAPIST - ISSAIC. RATED 10 THE FACILITY NEEDS A THOROUGH CLEANING AND PAINTING AND THE CARPET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. MECHANICAL REGISTERS ARE FILTHY WITH DUST AND FUZZ. WALLS ARE STAINED, CARPET TRACKED AND FEELS DIRTY. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

  I never made an appointment at that location! My appointment originated at Cherry Creek location. Fiona moved to another location and the decision was made WITHOUT my consent to move my appointment with her. Because of that this appointment attached to this survey SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED at my request. Since I’m receiving this survey request I wonder if my account/ credit was still used. DISHONEST business practices, if so.

  There was an analogue clock about 3 feet from my head, ticking loudly, which made it impossible for me to fully relax. When I mentioned this to the front desk woman, she didn’t seem to care. My 50 minute massage was only 40 minutes. (60 min massage booked with 10 mins for consultation and changing) My therapist did not spend enough time on the specific part of my back that was causing pain, so I had her go back to it before the session was over. I left without much improvement to the area; she wasn’t doing the right things, I guess.

  Front desk was fine, but not extremely friendly. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Tina was my provider. I don’t think she read my intake forms because she massaged several areas that I asked to be avoided. When the massage was over, she left the room abruptly and I didn’t see her again. Nobody offered me water before or after my appointment.
