- Rating 5.0After having scheduling issues with 2 other ME locations, I scheduled with Edgewater. The receptionist that scheduled my appointment made it clear it was for 4:00pm, instead of allowing confusion of a morning appointment or an evening appointment. I agree, 4:00 couldn't be confusing but 9:00 appointment is. I called Saturday morning and was booked for that afternoon. Nick was prompt and professional. This is the first massage that was actually 50 minutes instead of the typical 45 minute massage. He escorted to my room, we talked, he left and I got ready. Nick returned and ended my massage at 55 minutes after the hour. Allowing for a 50 minute massage. 4:00 appointment, 4:05 start massage and 4:55 end, instead of 4pm, 4:05pm and 4:50pm end. Thank you Nick for being honest and professional.
