- Rating 4.0EXCELLENT THERAPIST - ISSAIC. RATED 10 THE FACILITY NEEDS A THOROUGH CLEANING AND PAINTING AND THE CARPET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. MECHANICAL REGISTERS ARE FILTHY WITH DUST AND FUZZ. WALLS ARE STAINED, CARPET TRACKED AND FEELS DIRTY. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

- Rating 1.0I never made an appointment at that location! My appointment originated at Cherry Creek location. Fiona moved to another location and the decision was made WITHOUT my consent to move my appointment with her. Because of that this appointment attached to this survey SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED at my request. Since I’m receiving this survey request I wonder if my account/ credit was still used. DISHONEST business practices, if so.
- Rating 2.0There was an analogue clock about 3 feet from my head, ticking loudly, which made it impossible for me to fully relax. When I mentioned this to the front desk woman, she didn’t seem to care. My 50 minute massage was only 40 minutes. (60 min massage booked with 10 mins for consultation and changing) My therapist did not spend enough time on the specific part of my back that was causing pain, so I had her go back to it before the session was over. I left without much improvement to the area; she wasn’t doing the right things, I guess.
- Rating 2.5Front desk was fine, but not extremely friendly. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Tina was my provider. I don’t think she read my intake forms because she massaged several areas that I asked to be avoided. When the massage was over, she left the room abruptly and I didn’t see her again. Nobody offered me water before or after my appointment.
- Rating 3.0The price has increased significantly since I joined. It is too expensive. Also, it is supposed to be a 50-minute massage with 5 mins to dress and undress - I consistently find myself wondering why they finish the massage in 40 or 45 minutes. When I ask the front desk there is no resolution
- Rating 4.0My only struggle with my membership is how hard it is to handle built up prepaids. The front desk staff is unclear how to handle an account that is on a freeze plus and whether my prepaids are valid or not. It makes for an incredibly frustrating experience when I’m supposed to be coming in for a relaxing massage.

- Rating 1.5The massage started 8 minutes late and ended 9 minutes early. I was paying for 60 minutes of hands on massage and I did not receive that but still had to pay the full price + tip. I could also hear the podcast my masseuse was listening to which I thought was very unprofessional.
- Rating 5.0The provider did a lovely job. The room was clean and I felt safe and relaxed.
