  While the front desk and service provider experience have always been very good, I have found over time that maintaining a consistent schedule to leverage all my membership allotted credits (specifically for deep tissue massage) has been difficult due to service provider turnover. That said, I have finally been able to schedule through August with a provider that meets my needs.

  My masseuse (Kelly) was unprofessional. She kept talking to me and asking me questions when I clearly wanted to relax and not have a lively convo. She also did very minimal work on me, and used one finger often times to "loosen" select muscles. I asked her for deep pressure and she kept forgetting and I could barely feel the massage. I also told her which muscle groups were sore and she completely ignored those muscles and spent 20 minutes using one finger on my back. I also asked her about the "50 min hands on" since I thought it was 60 mins hands-on and she was really rude and told me to have the front desk explain it to me. Absolutely unacceptable!

  The actual appointment. The therapist barely spoken English, she said something to me and left the room. The lights were still dimmed, table still raised, booster was under my ankles and after 10 minutes I got up and got dressed and left. I had to assume she was done.

  When I first signed up for a monthly service, there were items about the service that were explained incorrectly. For example, I was set up with a particular provider for a massage and an ad on for rapid release only to show up for the appt to be told that provider doesn't do the rapid release service. I had a coupon for the added service that was unable to be used. I think your front desk staff should be better trained. I don't feel like they are very engaged in their jobs - and this is based on each time I've been to this particular location. They do not seem to be customer service oriented.

  I’m a member and there is never any availability for the days/times I want. Stuck in this cycle of credits adding up and can’t use them. If I cancel I lose all those credits and hundreds of dollars that I’ve paid.

  My masseuse only massaged my back side in a 90 minute massage. Too much time in back areas and nothing on my front
