- Rating 1.5The massage started 8 minutes late and ended 9 minutes early. I was paying for 60 minutes of hands on massage and I did not receive that but still had to pay the full price + tip. I could also hear the podcast my masseuse was listening to which I thought was very unprofessional.
- Rating 5.0The provider did a lovely job. The room was clean and I felt safe and relaxed.
- Rating 2.5I have difficulty getting a time. I felt my massage therapist didn’t listen when I asked twice to turn the fan off of me. I was told no.
- Rating 4.0Nick does a fantastic job.
- Rating 1.5I had to cancel my membership and they will not extend the time to use my remaining services. It has been paid for, it is no loss to you but very poor customer service. For this reason when I am ready I will get a membership elsewhere.
- Rating 1.5Too hard to schedule appointments and they are often cancelled by massage envy.
- Rating 3.5I would not have recommended this highly previously because I had to schedule two months out but availability has improved. Always clean and generally experienced therapists.
- Rating 2.5Some of the massage therapists need training
- Rating 1.0Massage envy is a hit or miss when it comes to therapist and their professionalism
