  Your prices have gone too high. I have a one hour credit which I will use before I drop my Massage Envy membership. I am not happy about this - I have been a member since 2010!

  Everyone was very friendly and helpful in getting an appointment scheduled and rescheduled. Check in was very easy. The Massage by Bethany was fabulous.

  Nick is the best at what he does. Most often I am able to relax and meditate while getting my massage. I look forward to these sessions.

  Scheduled 1hr facial, took 10 minutes to set up while I laid on the table and total service was less than 30 minutes. I was out of the room looking at products after a total of 40 minutes (which included dressing time). When asked about pressure, it was not increased, as desired. The facial itself was very lackluster and really did nothing (I have had this procedure at other places many times with excellent, immediate results/glow).The service provider couldn’t answer questions about the products. The only aftercare recommendations I got was to “wash my hands and don’t like let dogs lick your face”. When asked about the length of the procedure, I was told “it takes as long as it takes”. This whole interaction was very unprofessional and very underwhelming.

  I like the Edgewater location because I have always been able to get an appointment when it works for me. The front desk staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and Tenayah is great, too; I appreciate her help and suggestions about what treatments I should get.

  The walls in the facility are very thin so you can hear conversations that are being had with other therapists and their clients. When I go in for my massage, it is my escape to meditate and relax, and this can on occasion be disruptive.. this past visit was the first time where I could hear the front desk women, talking, and laughing throughout my massage. This has never occurred before.. while I am all about one enjoying their job and socializing with their colleagues. It was a tad loud on this occasion..
