- Rating 5.0I had a very therapeutic treatment with Raphael. He worked on my shoulder and back for an hour, and definitely helped me finally get relief; I was struggling for 3 weeks!
- Rating 1.0Scheduling is a giant pain for my wife and I. Trying to schedule a time that works for both of us so we don't have to drive into town separately is always difficult. Adding to the issue is the fact that the therapists at both the 1st and Main AND Briargate locations frequently cancel on us. There was one point where the therapists had cancelled 7 of our last 10 massages. There have also been issues with lack of courtesy, inability to listen to the customers' needs, and even multiple occasions of the therapist actually falling asleep during the treatment!
- Rating 5.0I been a member since 2012 and I never been disappointed with the services , very few times got someone very new , newly graduated and Sergey deserved to have a chance and with more practice they will be better , now I have Patrick and Raphael that has helped me significantly with my ciático nerve pain and stress and some more , so I’m very grateful!
- Rating 1.0The room was ans dim which was nice but there was a fan blowing which made the room cold. The oil/ lotion used was very cold, making it hard to relax. The guy left for a few minutes after the massage was started and came back but it didn't add to my massage time.
- Rating 3.5I have been a member for a long time on and off. If really depends on the location and staff as to if I would recommend them or not. Once you find the right location and staff I would say yes
- Rating 3.0I think the membership is overpriced based on what you get, but Raphael was incredible
- Rating 1.0They always short time. My last facial was 70 minutes, when it should have been 90 minutes, 80 minutes hands on. I'm ready to cancel my membership.
