  Having a family or spouse membership plan would allow me to come more often and manage my budget. Please consider this option!

  The massage is advertised as a certain amount of time, but when you book it and when you arrive, you are told that 10 minutes is deducted from your massage to undress and dress. In addition, if your therapist comes out later to get you for your appointment, that eats at your time too. This company is sheisty and does not make it even the slightest bit easy to not sign up for membership and pressures you way too much for a setting that should help people to unwind and relax. My location told me a 6 month membership when I was there in person then days later I find out they signed me up for a 12 month membership without my permission instead. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel and will refuse to cancel the membership for you. Obviously money is all they care about and they couldn’t care at all less for their customers. They do not communicate, are misleading, and straight up deceive their customers. In addition, they say you can freeze a membership but do not allow you to do that anywhere and make you call or come in if you went to do anything, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app and account if I can’t manage it. Last but not least, you cannot manage your payment methods anywhere either which is sketchy as well.

  the increase of membership for a 50 minute massage (honestly more like 40) is too much for this market

  Scheduling has been a nightmare on multiple occasions. Wrong appointments booked or booked with people who can’t do that service.

  Front desk staff is always rude. Fees increase with no notice.

  Nearly impossible to get an appointment. Not enough female providers on staff. Front desk staff is not helpful and does not know how to communicate. 3 of them sitting there as I walked in, say nothing and stare at me. Finally I spoke first and only one acknowledged me. Same experience an hour later as I was trying to check out. They need coaching. Having 3 front desk staff who are not doing anything but then raising our monthly fee due to “rising costs?” Reduce your front desk staff.

  Therapists never start on time, they cancel routinely, and the staff does not care about cleanliness, courtesy, or the clients' time.
