The front desk staff should be better trained to do jobs and serve clients' needs. They should be able to operate and manage businesses for clients such as using gift cards to reimburse the costs, checking or trace the history of client's payments, and texting the correcting information of appointments. I have been a member at Massage Envy for over five years. Recently, I have experienced poor skills as a front desk person. She was not able to help me use my gift cards that I had on files to reimburse my payments. She also texted me the incorrect time for my appointment. This was really inconvenient for me to go through the situations with her. It caused me more stress to go in and receive the service at the Rockrimmon location. My trust with the front desk management and operation has decreased tremendously. When the client can not trust the business, they seem to look to have a new relationship with another business owner.
