- Rating 5.0The atmosphere was relaxing, they were upfront about all costs and what was going to happen. Ruth my Massage therapist was fantastic and attentive. They were really nice to me and that is most important to me.
- Rating 2.5Overall a bit of a strange experience between front desk staff and massage therapist. Front desk personnel placed me into the "tranquility room" and it was a numbered room so I closed the door, a few minutes later they came to "check on me" stating they were worried I wasn't OK because I closed the door. They never said not to close the door? it just felt weird. The massage therapist seemed tired and when she came in to do the massage was chewing/eating. I got a very brief few minutes at the beginning of the visit to tell her to concentrate on neck and shoulders, to which she said "oh ok the normal then" and then was supposed to have a 5 minute debrief at the end which never happened.

- Rating 1.0It was the worst massage I've had in my life. I was coughed on, scratched, freezing and the table wasn't even presentable when I walked in. Oh and he had to leave (he was already 10 minutes late to a 7pm massage) because the oil was so cold it made me jump every time he put more on. When he came back, it was still cold but didn't feel icy . I also got a $15 foot scrub that was in the middle of my massage (not great) and I was up and dressed before 8pm. Lady at the front desk was lovely and said a manager would call me yesterday. They didn't.
