  Had an hour message schedule (I still have a copy of your booking email stating it was 60 min custom session with Golden Luis) he told me I only had a half hour scheduled. Left in a half hour. Take months to get appoints scheduled and they are not honored when you get their.

  It is nearly impossible to get on the schedule. One person even recommended that I just schedule at other locations. I tried that and then they called to say I would be charged 15 dollar surcharge. I just want to be able to use my credits.

  do not have massage therapist to provide the services you sold in Broomfield. Continue to take money charge without being able to provide service for months in future. My wife currently has 8 unused session and cannot get an appointment till December. By December she will have ten sessions on the books. If you are not providing the committed service, should stop taking addition money till we get caught up after the pandenic.

  It is super hard to book appointments. I booked some ahead of time because there was never any availability and then you cancelled them all due to someone's hours changing. They should have changed after these appointments. When I called they offered me an appointment 9 weeks out.

  Love the front desk staff , massage therapist and the manager or assistant manager that responded in such a timely matter to my concerns in July.

  When I joined ME, in 2010, this franchise was owned by someone else, and the owner actually had employees working for them. When this owner purchased this franchise, and the staff began leaving I was able to make appointments at nearby ME's to use my membership. Now I am charged a premium by the other Massage Envy's for using their facilities even though there is nothing about a premium fee in my 2010 contract (this does seem like another ME class-action lawsuit). Because this franchise has been so run down by this owner and he is unable to hire staff, I can only schedule an appointment every 2-3 months, yet I am charged a monthly fee. If you cannot offer your customers the appointments because you are not making your hiring package attractive enough to get and keep staff, why do you continue to charge customers for services you are unable to provide?
