- Rating 4.5I like everything about Massage Envy, however, it is expensive and lots of my friends and family would not be able to afford to come to Massage Envy.

- Rating 5.0At this location especially, I'm always greeted by friendly staff instead of staff that acts too busy to provide good customer service. My therapist listened to my needs exactly as I described them and focused on my problem areas. She was so friendly and followed my lead when it came to talking during my session. I've had too many therapists insist on carrying on conversations when I clearly don't want to talk.

- Rating 2.5Very difficult to get in with a deep-pressure therapist on week nights and weekends.
- Rating 1.0The fact that you lure customers into a 12 months contract that you can’t get out of!
- Rating 4.0Pretty good service provided, the massage itself had good pressure and new scents to select from. The front desk keeps messing up my account, the coupons don't exactly make sense that came with the monthly package.
- Rating 5.0Manager Celeste called me by name as she was orienting a new staff member. Jessica is always helpful in scheduling. Luis provided a wonderful massage,
- Rating 1.0Can't schedule appointments in advance without them getting cancelled at the last minute. Massage Envy clearly holds appointments for "new members" and then releases them at the last minute - giving no option to plan ahead to use the service I pay for.
