- Rating 1.0Locations keep canceling that is why I canceled my membership. Then the policy changed on transferring points. Only 1 point per person every six months. That is ridiculous when we used to be able to transfer in bulk.

I've had too many therapists insist on carrying on conversations when I clearly don't want to talk.
