- Rating 3.5The message was good. I was not greeted by the girl. She spoke very little. After the massage was over she just left the room! The feeling of being welcomed did not exist!

- Rating 1.0I have been a Massage Envy member for numerous years. One of Massage Envy’s staff forgot to auto renew me in August. I was informed that because they failed to do so, I was going to be charged the higher rate. I asked the manger, “Because of your mistake, I’ll have to pay more?” She answered yes because the employee who failed to auto enroll me is no longer there so they couldn’t blame anyone. Awful business practice.
