Nothing was bad about this specific experience, but Massage Envy does not have a handle in its staffing problems. This session took me 6 months to schedule. Not sure what is going on at the corporate level, but I am very close to cancelling my membership of 15+ years. The experience feels much cheaper and less personal than 10 or even 5 years ago. Spas are outdated, worn, do not have real relaxation areas, or amenities they used to, like lemon water in the relaxation rooms. It feels more like an auto parts store than a spa.
