  I had the worst expletive I have ever had. I asked my massage therapist to increase the pressure and she did not. I asked again and still nothing. The experience was as if my child was rubbing my back.

  Love my massage therapist and enjoy my monthly visits! Brian is always attentive to what specific needs I have to work on, listens to me, remembers areas of concern and then addresses those areas during my session. Love his deep pressure! I am able to fully relax during my sessions and often fall asleep.

  I had the worst massage ever on December 26, 2024. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was so excited to have a 90 min massage and I dreaded every part of it. I have been a loyal member here and this was not a good service at all. To start the service, I did not know where the trash was and asked if she could throw away my water cup that I got from the lobby. She looked at me with disgust and told me where I could find a trash can. Through the whole massage it did not feel good at all. I even spoke up and asked for different things and she basically spent 90 minutes just putting lotion on me. It was HORRIBLE. The worst massage experience. I told her that my lower back would need some work and she literally spent 30 minutes just slapping my lats. It was uncomfortable and she had no massage skills. I asked her to go harder at some points and she barely did that. She also kept breathing in my face and that was DISGUSTING. I then told the front desk after that I hated my service and he did not ask questions and just said, "That is totally understandable". I went to my car and cried. That was a waste of credits I have been saving. A waste of time and money. My facial was fine however it was clear she didn't know how to use some products. For example I have used Jan marini for years and one facial cleanser you are supposed to put on with a dry face. She had no idea what I was talking about, other than that she did fine. I want to reiterate that this survey I am basing it only on the massage.

  The massage was not great. I asked for a Swedish massage and the masseuse assured me it was, but it was NOT. All she did was push around and hold hold for a few seconds, and I have no idea what that was. just weird touching. She had specifically asked about focusing on a few specific areas and I told her which ones, but she then did not work on them. She was an absolutely kind and polite person which is why I didn't get off the table or demand a refund. It was just a terrible massage and a waste of money.

  I have been with massage envy for several years. The service is good and the staff is professional. My only complaint is that more massage therapists are needed particularly around Castle Rock. My therapist Ryan is outstanding. Truly, a professional, a great communicator and wants to provide the best treatment for his clients. One of the best massage therapist I’ve had. And the receptionist at the Southlands facility is equally outstanding. He is energetic, enthusiastic, and very helpful. I would like to give him special recognition as well!.
