- Rating 2.5The membership is hard to get value out of, I have so many credits that I am going to be in debt to massage envy until I die. It sucks that they're not transferable and that if I stop my membership I lose them. My therapist was and always is fantastic, but the Massage Envy machine is a pain in my financial behind.

- Rating 4.5Sarah does a great job listening to my needs and her great technique ease my aches and pains. She even de-stresses areas of my body that I didn't know were all tightened up. I haven't had a bad massage person at this location but she is my favorite.

- Rating 5.0John was very helpful. I had a migraine last Saturday morning and took a bad fall in my bathroom, injuring my ribs on my right side. He helped ease some of the tension in that area, as gently as he could, giving me a lot more freedom of movement over the the next few days. He also suggested some options to help me out for the next few days as well until I could finally get in to see my doctor later that week. It was much appreciated as I still had one more week of middle school to teach before my Spring Break began.
- Rating 1.0I have been a customer for many years. I have had many massages canceled on massage envy side (not due to me) over the years. The last massage was canceled on me and it was the second in a row. I was unable to get a massage for FIVE months because of this. When I expressed my frustration they sent me the form to cancel my membership. Never once offering a discount or a free service. SOMETHING for my inconvenience. Poor customer service.

- Rating 3.0I’ve been a member for many years and have gotten into a place with way too many hours piled up. Nobody ever offered me a freeze till last year. The branch closest to me has closed and it’s very difficult to get into a massage therapist.
