- Rating 5.0John was very helpful. I had a migraine last Saturday morning and took a bad fall in my bathroom, injuring my ribs on my right side. He helped ease some of the tension in that area, as gently as he could, giving me a lot more freedom of movement over the the next few days. He also suggested some options to help me out for the next few days as well until I could finally get in to see my doctor later that week. It was much appreciated as I still had one more week of middle school to teach before my Spring Break began.
- Rating 1.0I have been a customer for many years. I have had many massages canceled on massage envy side (not due to me) over the years. The last massage was canceled on me and it was the second in a row. I was unable to get a massage for FIVE months because of this. When I expressed my frustration they sent me the form to cancel my membership. Never once offering a discount or a free service. SOMETHING for my inconvenience. Poor customer service.
- Rating 5.0Monthly self-care appointment is critical as I age. Membership reminds me to take care of my skin and muscles.
- Rating 3.0I’ve been a member for many years and have gotten into a place with way too many hours piled up. Nobody ever offered me a freeze till last year. The branch closest to me has closed and it’s very difficult to get into a massage therapist.

- Rating 5.0I had a wonderful facial with Jessica while visiting my daughter in Arvada. I gifted my daughter a facial with her and she joined! I will have another facial with Jessica when I come for my next visit.

- Rating 3.5I paid for a 90 minute massage, the massage ended 18 minutes short of 90
- Rating 5.0The staff always goes out of their way to accommodate our needs. John also helped me work the kinks out of a bad muscle injury that was plaguing my wrist after I fell a few weeks back while helping a neighbor to shovel his walk.
