- Rating 2.0My 60 minute session was not 60 minutes. I was only on the message table for 30 minutes. I did not appreciate all the talking that wasted my time on the message table.
- Rating 1.0I was given a gift card for $125 along with a promo card of $20. I had a good experience and a nice massage for intro price of $85. I used $85 for the first massage, so now I have a remaining $60 left. They informed me that any massages going forward are $145. To me- the massages will not be worth $145- that is too much and yes, affects my decision to come back.

- Rating 1.0My original masseuse informed the facility at 9:04am that her car battery had died and she was unable to make it. My appointment started at 9:00am and I was already there for 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. The worker said she would ask her boss to rebook me and the massage would be comped. Then the manager only offered a $30 add on. I didn’t want an add on as I have issues with my skin and hot stones. I was rescheduled to a different masseuse later that day and when asked about the comped massage, they said no and only offered for me to pay for a 60 min massage instead of the 90 min price. I accepted because I had a gift card I needed to use and they wouldn’t offer me to cash out the price of the gift card. I had to schedule child care twice that day and rearrange other appointments I had that day. It was a huge inconvenience. On top of that, the manager never actually came to talk to me and apologize. Worst customer experience of my life.
