From the credit card requirement at booking, and subtext of distrust, to the borderline threatening “reminder” call I received as I was parking my car to enter for my appointment. On time. All the way through to the pressure for a tip. And the subscription sales pitch. It all felt like a Disneyland ride, designed to extract as much cash from “clients”.

- Rating 2.5Well the massages therapist was amazing, however, I’m still waiting for a call back from the store. The personnel told me I’d be able to use some of my excess prepaid services for gift cards… I was told up to 10 and it would have to be done by the manager. They did this a few years ago for me and it worked out great. I called the next day, was placed on hold only for one of the personnel told tell me that I can only get 3. I’ve tried to explain due to my job I won’t use that many. Since they have my money and are unwilling to find a path forward, this will likely end in litigation. I’m not independently wealthy and not in the habit of giving interest free loans which is what this is starting to feel like. I would like a refund on all unused prepaid massages. I was told no. They confirmed that if I cancel that I will be expected to use all 21.5 massages within 60 days. Or I have to pay to carry them over. My contracted started at $55 and is now upward of $70. I’ve been with them for a long time. This is a terrible way to treat a long term customer.
