- Rating 1.0Can’t get out of membership. I accumulated way too many massages because two of the locations nearest to me closed, there were rarely appointments available, and due to Covid. Some of my favorite therapists left due to unhappiness with how they were treated by the owner. There are a few therapist I like at the only remaining locations, so I like to go because of them. But I’d like to cancel my membership but I’ve been told I’ll lose all massages and get no money back. In the beginning membership seems like a great idea, but now I have so my regrets and I’m very unhappy.

- Rating 4.5The price is reasonable but the skill of the therapist really differs. You never know what you are going to get. Some massages therapists at the Thousand Oaks location just lightly rub your back and others are highly skilled and have great technique.

- Rating 1.0The massage length was incredibly misleading. I booked a 4:30pm 1 hour prenatal massage for my daughter, and added foot exfoliation and hand exfoliation. She texted me at 5:08pm saying she was done and ready for pick up. I called to complain about the length of time I paid vs what my daughter received, and was told I needed to calculate 10 mins for undressing at the beginning and 10 Minutes for redressing at the end. That. Is. Ridiculous!! The addition exfoliation treatments also took away from the overall massage length, which was also misleading. I thought my daughter would be pampered for an hour and a half. What I actually paid for and what was received was incredibly disappointing.
