- Rating 3.5I have been a Massage Envy member for many years and I feel like the quality of massage therapists has gone down significantly since the Pandemic. Because the skill level of each therapist varies so much, I never know what I am going to get. In other words, I don't have the confidence that every time I book a massage I am going to enjoy it.
- Rating 1.0Very bad experience,, the girl spent my time with wipes and cleaning makeup I choose 90 minutes session She didn’t made any procedure or any deep process for my skin and when she put the high frequency machine literally for 5 seconds I waste my money

- Rating 1.0The products used were cheap, irritating my skin both during and after the facial, the entire facial seemed poor quality… the therapist spent a way too much time twiddling with cords and creams… additionally she failed to mention when she was using products that may tingle and it was so uncomfortable. The extraction felt like nothing!

- Rating 1.5I had to wait 30 minutes passed my scheduled time. My massage was only 40 minutes. She forgot to massage my right leg and foot - she did the left side but not the right.
