Every time I walked in other locations they treated me differently due to my “young age” but from the front desk to the massage therapist and facial therapist outstanding service! I’m actually going back more than once a month now because I felt so welcomed! I can’t wait for my next visit next week !

It was my birthday - i had a gift card at which my husband purchased to “cover it all, including gratuity”. Staff should not immediately jump to membership especially with someone who has a gift card. I said i want to take care of service today and have a gift card, He immediately went it sales mode showing me the non-membership price of $140! my gift card was $120!!. I immediately thought i was “short”, stressed out because i had no credit card on me to cover the difference, then sales guy explained it would $80 per month if i signed up. i left in a panic and other appts, to return with my credit card. Learning the total actually was just $115, including tip once i returned. my husband was even upset . i think the sales guy should have went into his sales pitch differently, had I known that my $120 entire gift card would have paid for it all, there would not have been all this stress and hassle.
