  I’m giving Cindy a 2 due to bad service. My husband scheduled this appointment, it was my first time here at Massage Envy. I expected a massage therapist is to relax you, not make you feel stressed when it comes to a customers needs. She was a below average therapist. Cindy is not customer service oriented. She isn’t knowledgable. She talked a lot and I couldn’t understand her English. I was having hard time understanding her questions. So, I just answered her “uhuh” at all times. Though, she did mention she’s doing massage for 18 years, but it didn’t feel like she was experienced for 18 years. she didn’t listen to my needs nor focusing on the muscles or body parts as I mentioned from the tablet questions, that I answered from the moment I arrived, to moment i got called from Cindy. She used a cover sheet first, on top of my back in order to do the massage. She used some type of lotion she carries on the side of her pocket which it didn’t feel moisturized after layering sheet on me and on the other parts of my body. She started on me facing down, did a few minutes on my back, head, and scalp. She did my main focus, which was bottom of my feet for a lil bit on the ankles. She rubbed my back, neck, shoulders and arms by facing down. But missed everything else like the front facing up part. The feeling of my body felt dry and uncomfortable. I asked her if she used body oil, she said NO. She said she only do lotions with her clients. So she proceeded saying that it is $15 extra if I needed body oil. In my experience from other place that I have gone to they use body oil period. I can go on and on about this bad experience with Cindy at Massage Envy, but sadly in the end it was poor job and I was so unhappy, mad, and sad, you name it. Moreover, the temperature of the room was warm, I couldn’t breath well. It was uncomfortable feeling, I just wanted to hurry up and get out of there. I was so annoyed and wasn’t able to relax the whole 60m my husband paid for. It was a waste of time money and energy. I was so unhappy and very upset leaving the place. I will not go back to Massage Envy.
