- Rating 1.0They just didn't focus on the areas I wanted and I came out with the least relief from stiffness of any massage I've gotten. Then at the front desk, I wasn't even going to mention anything, but they asked me why I didn't want to rebook or buy a membership, so I explained myself honestly. This was a profoundly uncomfortable conversation, and at the end of it they were talking amongst themselves about giving me a discount. And then when I got the bill... there was no discount? I hadn't even asked for a discount, but why the ***** were they jerking me around like that?
