- Rating 4.0I still think it’s too expensive, it should be at $70 a month. Local practitioners who are really good, are $70-75 an hour, in a more intimate setting, & don’t slam your card every month, you choose to be charged when you’re ready/available to get you’re services. It’s nearly cost prohibitive.

- Rating 5.0I always have had a great experience with my massages, facials and now back facial. The masseuse and aesthetician are always so courteous and knowledgeable.
- Rating 1.0I brought a friend who I transferred a credit to months ago. The credit was not used even though the clerk who checked us out said they saw it. My card was charged. After a conversation with the office manager it was reversed/ put on hold until I could verify with my home of record store that the credit was there. Beside that issues my fr iend did not receive a full body massage. As the tech started the massage she made me that my friend the client shoulders were very tight and ask if she wanted to spend more time on that area. My friend said yes. The tech proceeded to only massage her shoulders never giving a full body massage.
- Rating 1.0This was the worst massage I’ve ever received. Paid for a full body massage but only received a neck and upper back massage. She literally touched my hands smh lower back, 4 minutes combined. I paid additional money for aroma theraphy and received a full bottle of the oil that wasn’t used instead of receiving what I paid for. Of course the most common response was given by management “she’s one of our best and we’ve never received a complaint for her before.” Fortunately for me I was visiting California for work and I won’t have to
