- Rating 5.0I’ve been going to the south Pasadena location for a few years and I enjoy the atmosphere and my massage therapist Jorge.
- Rating 4.5Excellent but with one glitch My daughter called the front desk and offered to pay for my service and the girl named Calista told her that I already had credits and I didn’t need to have it paid for. I felt that collough has not been well trained because she should’ve said sure and taking the payment and I could’ve saved my credits. I was very disappointed by this inept action on the part of the front desk And it was my birthday service, which made it sour
- Rating 4.5Normally, I’ve had excellent massages. My most recent visit, however, was disappointing. My masseuse did a terrible job. My back and neck actually hurt the next day. I will be sure to specifically ask that she not massage me again.

- Rating 4.0Picking the right massage therapist is hit or miss. I went with someone new after my masseuse was unavailable and the service was not up to par. Even though I was still accommodated which I am grateful for the masseuse that was available at that time was just not what I needed. I am an athlete and was told she would be able to do medium pressure but her technique was lacking and the pressure was light at best. I should have picked a male masseuse but I decided to try someone new.

- Rating 4.0The waiting room has no sign so people could be quiet. Yesterday there was a lady conducting her business calls and was quiet loud. It took away from the calmness one looks for when arriving at Massage Envy.
