- Rating 1.0Felt very impersonal with the receptionist asking me questions about where I’m comfortable being touched and about my needs. As a massage therapist myself, that info should be discussed with the massage therapist doing the work. My therapist didn’t ask me Anything about my body or pressure requests nor did she check in with me during the massage. I asked her several times to ease up on her pressure. I flinched several times thinking she must have noticed but she continued digging in the same areas for nearly half the service. I didn’t feel like she connected and felt rushed. I told her I had been hurt by other therapists and I just wanted to relax. She ended rather abruptly and said ok, I’m done and left. I had bruising later that day in my shoulder blades and am sore even today. I will Never go back. service. Again, I told her it hurt sever
- Rating 3.0I had a not great massage and wrote in a comment. A manager called me back and suggested a therapist. My preference is medium to firm and trigger point work. The therapist I had has no business ding triggers point work. Yes, she knows where they are but only put light pressure on them and did not hold long enough to have any effect. The majority of the massage was just rocking my body back and forth.
