- Rating 1.0My uncle recently passed and I had just driven home from Arizona when I came in for my massage. I was physically and emotionally exhausted, I shared this with my service provider, she was very kind and empathetic. I also shared that I got a lot of massages and if the pressure was too much, I would tell her. She said she would give me a "stress release" massage, I said that sounded great. What proceeded was the most disappointing massage I've ever had. I did fall asleep at least twice. My massage started at 3 and she was out of the room at 3:45. When I left the room, she shared that I was so tired...yes, I had told her that at the beginning, and then she told me that she had decided to not address any of my knots. I came in to receive a service, I paid for that service and the provider decided not to fulfil her roll and cut the time short.
