I also use Elizabeth for facials, she is the best, understands my aging skin needs and is very knowledgable about the best products to use, but never tries to upsell me products or services. It’s been two weeks since I requested a manger to call me back about an incorrect charge on my account, but have yet to hear back. I will be canceling my account due to the headache dealing with the receptionist. It’s a complete dreadful experience every time I call.
