- Rating 5.0Everyone at ME is friendly and helpful. The ambiance in the waiting room is calm and relaxing. I particularly like the faux fireplace. However, I was not told in advance that I was out of banked hours, and that my facial was going to cost me. I was very disappointed to be charged full price. I was also never told that the oxidation facial costs the equivalent of two hours, even though it can only be scheduled for a sixty-minute session. I will no longer be getting that particular facial.
- Rating 5.0The reception ladies are always friendly and helpful. My favorite therapists, Judy, Sophia, Jack and Helen Z are amazing! They are extremely professional and aren't afraid to get in there and release all my knots and tension.
