- Rating 2.5We booked for a deep tissue massage, facial and hotstone but it did not happened. The massage therapist only gave me a 90 mins soft massage. According to the therapist, hot stone and facial are not included but according to the receptionist, the therapist overlooked the instructions so I dont know who is telling the truth.
- Rating 5.0It was my first visit to this Massage Envy. I liked the cleanliness, and the massage I got from Nicole rates in the 10% highest of all I have enjoyed in many years in many places in and out of the US.

Also, I received a call from Redwood City location “to update” my account, and the next month, my fees had increased. Overall shady experience for how long I’ve been a member.

However, I was not told in advance that I was out of banked hours, and that my facial was going to cost me. I was very disappointed to be charged full price. I was also never told that the oxidation facial costs the equivalent of two hours, even though it can only be scheduled for a sixty-minute session. I will no longer be getting that particular facial.
