- Rating 4.0Overall, Massage Envy is very good. I've had many excellent therapists, but all too often, one of my favorites leaves the company or moves.
- Rating 3.5I like Massage Envy but I’m having issues with Redwood City location. My prepaid hours keep expiring! And I need to call RWC to check or have them reinstated. Manager never ever calls back. Also a while ago, an associate at this location called me for card information stating they were updating their system and my money rate went up the following month!

- Rating 2.5We booked for a deep tissue massage, facial and hotstone but it did not happened. The massage therapist only gave me a 90 mins soft massage. According to the therapist, hot stone and facial are not included but according to the receptionist, the therapist overlooked the instructions so I dont know who is telling the truth.
- Rating 5.0It was my first visit to this Massage Envy. I liked the cleanliness, and the massage I got from Nicole rates in the 10% highest of all I have enjoyed in many years in many places in and out of the US.
