The massage therapists are amazing, I have always loved my session. What I don't like, is the several ifs and buts in the membership. It is highly non flexible. The front desk staff never know how to navigate it or answer questions about it. In my session in September, I wanted to gift one session to my spouse. I was ready to pay in full for my membership so I could access all my sessions. I was aware that he would get non-member pricing, so I would pay the difference plus a 10$ transfer fee. But the front desk person was totally not able to process it that way. We ended up paying for the whole session, and she said the manager will call later on, who again explained the same things I already knew on a voice mail. In my second session, I wanted to use my own accrued session. BUt I was told I cannot, and she doesn't know how to make it work. I was willing to pay in full for the membership yet again, so I could access it, but again she said she doesn't know how to do that. Once again, she said she'll get the manager to call me back. Manager called and said that since this is not my home location, they cannot make any such payment schedule changes to my account. Once again, I had to pay for my session, instead of getting to use my future session, even though I'm willing to pay in full. I don't understand the point of advertising flexibility of location and an online membership system, if everything is tied to the home location. I also don't understand if the front desk staff is just not trained well that they have to defer every single question to the manager, or that this is being done on purpose so that I cannot use my benefits well and instead pay more. As a result, what should have so far been 3 membership sessions for me (2 of my own and 1 gifted to someone), has actually been just 1 member session, and 2 out of pocket sessions. I wanted to pay in full and unlock my sessions by both the locations made it really hard, either because front desk staff doesn't know what to do, or because there's some technicalities like "home location", etc. Either way, this is not a good experience for the customer in the long term, even if in the shot term it might mean getting more payments out of me, since it's resulting in me deciding to not renew this membership next year, in fact wanting to cancel this now itself if I had the chance, and not recommend this to anyone I know.
