- Rating 1.0Throughout most of my treatment, there was another treatment across the hall and both the service provider and client were talking so loudly that is all I could hear even over the relaxing music and made it impossible to enjoy my massage, which I had waited months to schedule. I asked my massage therapist to intervene, he went to ask the others to keep their voices down, however, it continued and ruined by entire massage which was not relaxing. When I checked out, I provided this information and asked that part of my service be reimbursed and was told no, "sorry" and that was it. Felt very dismissive and not sure I will continue my membership which I have had for years.
