- Rating 3.0My massage was a gift from a friend, it was Supposed to be an hour massage and ended up being 45 minutes. Was a little disappointed about that. The massage therapist was good. Also she disappeared when done and could not take her when I was finished getting done.
- Rating 2.5I bought a $160 gift certificate for myself and a $160 GC for my wife for Christmas plus I'm a repeat customer. I had a hour massage and then had a $30 credit. I made a future appt and they said I had a 30$ credit toward my next massage. I booked a future appt but had covid on the day of and had to call in the morning to RESCHEDULE. The clerk said no problem, I re booked a future date, yesterday. Never mentioned to me that she would charge me a cxl fee of the $30. I did not want to expose myself your staff and clientele, obviously. Had a wonderful massage yesterday and when I went to pay they said I didn't have the credit because I used it for a stretch, incorrect never did a stretch, then they said , oh wait no they charged you for rescheduling which I was not informed of. When I tied to tell them what happened all they said was that's the rule. I was going to book more massages for the future but since you couldn't waive the $30 fee when I had covid, you will now lose all my future Money in massages because I'm not going back. Very corporate and non personal experience for a massage place that's very personal. Hope that stingy cxl fee on a gift certiicate no doubt was worth it!!!
