- Rating 1.0I had a very negative experience with Massage Envy yesterday. I called to try to reschedule my chemical peel, which was scheduled for that afternoon, because I tested positive for COVID-19. Not wanting to risk the health of the Massage Envy staff, I asked to reschedule. I was told that I would still be charged half the cost of the chemical peel for the late cancellation. I was also told that I could not go to get my chemical peel if I had a positive COVID-19 test (and I would never expose people to any illness, as shown by my good faith effort to avoid getting Massage Envy staff sick). What makes this more frustrating is that this is the same chemical peel that Massage Envy cancelled on me THREE TIMES in a row, because the esthetician was ill. Every time I rescheduled, it was cancelled again. Now, the one time I cancel due to health, and due to a good faith effort to protect Massage Envy staff, I am charged half the cost of the chemical peel that I already had to rescheduled three times due to Massage Envy. As a relatively new Member, I am deeply disappointed in this outcome, and I would like to request a refund of my cancellation fee.

- Rating 4.5The staff were welcoming and helpful.My therapist, Brianna was wonderful. She really listened to what I needed for my neck and shoulders and helped really loosen those tight areas while providing an overall relaxing massage.
- Rating 3.5The Massage Envy website indicates a 60 minute massage is $70 for members and yet I am charged $80/month and deducted that amount for a 60 minute message. The cost of the massage is reasonable but I should be charged the same amount as indicated on the website for members as I have been one for many years. Also, advertising 60 minute massage is inaccurate and misleading. It should be advertised as a 50 minute massage because it takes at least 10 minutes to undress/dress and speak with your therapist before the massage.
- Rating 3.0My massage was a gift from a friend, it was Supposed to be an hour massage and ended up being 45 minutes. Was a little disappointed about that. The massage therapist was good. Also she disappeared when done and could not take her when I was finished getting done.
