- Rating 4.5I have been going to Massage Envy in San Mateo for many years! I recently heard there is new management and new ownership. I am happy to hear that. Yvonne has been doing my facial for several years and she is amazing! She knows the product she uses very well and sh knows what she is doing.
- Rating 3.0The massage was fine, but the tipping experience was very annoying. After I paid for the massage itself, there is a separate tip screen which starts at some absurdly high value like $24 or $30. I get that it is supposed to be a "value" of $120, but that's not how tipping works. If I paid $90, tips should start at $10. I'm never becoming a member because of this poor experience. I don't want to be shamed into tipping absurd amounts.
