  I was lied to when signing up, I called to speak to the mgr of the Escondido location and the never called back, really poor customer service.

  I keep coming back to Massage Envy because Brindusa is the best massage therapist I have ever been too! She is absolutely the best! This is the reason I keep coming back. Your staff is always very professional, courteous and pleasant when I am there checking in and out and also when calling in to make an appointment.

  The massage itself was nice but few things made me overall not want to come back… First the front desk asks you the health questions rather than allow you to fill out yourself privately on a form or iPad. Felt weird with others in the lobby. Then they weren’t able to add hot stones to my massage 10 minutes prior. Not sure why heating some stones would take too long. Then the floor of the massage room was dirty, little pieces of paper or trash were under the table where my face was looking down at. Then the noise from the lobby was loud and I could hear all the talking during my massage even over the music in the room. Not the therapist’ fault so I didn’t mention it but felt it was so distracting and made the place feel cheap. Then at the end the front desk gives the sales pitch to get you sign up for their membership which I just couldn’t see the value in.

  I’ve been a ME member for over 10 years. When I signed up .. one of the selling points was “you can visit ANY ME in the USA! But now, they are applying an “up charge” of $10 for me to use a facility closer to my home. I also notice that when I visit a location in Las Vegas, the membership costs less.. but I don’t get a $10 refund? Why doesn’t this work both ways? Better yet.. don’t up charge me for using “credits” that I have already paid for! I’m really kind of done with my ME membership due to multiple issues over the years. I’m thinking of leaving soon. This is also due to the fact that I was told “they are very strict in San Diego county about transferring your membership closer to home. This was AFTER they closed my home location in Rancho Bernardo and forced me to move my membership to Escondido. Meaning, THEY can freely FORCE me to move my membership, but I can’t? Do better, please.

  The front desk staff was not knowledgeable with pricing for the deals you had. She gave me incorrect pricing for services with out the membership and i corrected her. They also do not answer the phone. I called 3 times a few days prior and left 2 messages. Then called back several more times a few days later. I was running late and called again and no answer. When i arrived they were chatting and laughing and i was upset. But thankfully my facial put me in a good mood. I would advise your staff to answer the phones.
