- Rating 3.0The sales pitch provided by the receptionist at the end of the session is just too much. I know that she/he is just doing their job but is a bit intense after a relaxing massage. You can only say "I am not interested" so many times.

- Rating 2.5We are new to the monthly membership and often feel pressured to spend more. When we visit, some workers try to uncomfortably upsell products and services. Even the tipping suggestion feels excessive, with $30 being referred to as 20% of the $100/month cost and subtly suggesting that a 20% tip does not indicate good service.
