- Rating 1.0After the massage my skin started scratching and broke into rashes. I have usesassage envy services in cincinnati, new jersey and California No rashes like I got this time. Got facial too. That too my face started itching. I would never come back here nor recommend to any I need to be compensated
- Rating 5.0Paul, I will trained Massage Therspist, worked unusual techniques on my back problem, that hadn’t been done before. They were most useful in helping to alleviate my discomfort.

- Rating 1.0Unreasonable cancelation policy. When a franchise cancels on a customer, there is no effort to make right. When a customer mistakenly books for the wrong location the full amount is taken. See Yelp and google review for more details. If your corporate office doesn’t refund me my hours I will be canceling massage envy entirely. Either way I will be changing my location away from the Blossom Hill location.
