- Rating 3.0Prices keep going up but I don't really feel the value for the money. Plus there is so much nickel and diming - switching to Tiply instead of doing tips on your own, taking more money from me. There are never managers in the evening operating hours, no one tells you anything about whether a massage therapist you've been going to for years changes hours or leaves. It's become really impersonal. Really the only thing going for you is the roll over hours.
- Rating 4.0Your new tipping system is an embarrassment to you company. Not only does it make you use a credit card, then you have the nerve to charge us an additional fee. The girls at the front desk said bring cash. What century are you, who carries cash around.

- Rating 5.0Rose did a magnificent job on my lower back. She knew exactly the pressure points to make me feel so much better. Please give her the credit due because not everyone knows how to do it as well as she did.
