- Rating 5.0I use the same therapist every time, Vanessa. And she is always consistently good in addressing my needs.
- Rating 5.0To be honest, this last massage I had on 9/24 was not great. However, my past experiences have all been wonderful. My massage therapist and I did not communicate well. She opened the door for me, told me to undress, and shut the door. I had to go get her and tell her I would like to go over a few things. I had a recent injury to my right leg, and I told her to not massage it. That massaging my foot was fine, just not my right leg. She ended up not doing any massage on my legs; just my feet. When I tried to tell her to go harder with her massage, she did the opposite and went softer. It was like we were just off.
- Rating 5.0Amanda is professional and knowledgeable in the field of massage therapy. Sometimes I need deep tissue and sometimes not quite deep but just enough to help my muscles and she seems to know exactly what is needed. .
- Rating 5.0Vanessa is a very caring and thoughtful masseuse. She always asks where I need special attention and checks in to make sure the pressure is correct.
- Rating 2.5It was very frustrating that because my massage therapist spoke little English, it was difficult to communicate what area I needed work on. After multiple attempts to try to tell her where it was hurting and her not understanding I just gave up. She also didn’t use any kind of lotion or oil when massaging anything except my back and it was very painful and felt like a rug burn on my skin.

- Rating 4.0I feel like there are times when the 50min time slot is used to include the pre massage interview. When it should be a 60 min session with 50 mins of massage
- Rating 5.0Massage fits well into my self care plan and there are many opportunities to get a quality massage or facial from one of your therapists.
