  This was the worst experience that I have ever had. I have been a Massage Envy member for years and never had an experience like this. It felt like the therapist was on his phone with one hand the whole time while barely touching me with his other hand. I had to use 2&1/2 credits for the worst massage of my life. I have never written a bad review in my life, and I don't like doing it but this experience was so unpleasant I feel I have to. It was supposed to be a deep pressure but never committed to any pressure. Very very unpleasant massage, will most likely cancel my membership because of this. Would appreciate a contact from management.

  I made a massage reservation for 1 hour, and the therapist (Thomas) didn’t respect my time and ended the session in around 30 minutes. He was looking at the clock, wasn’t focused on the massage. Even during the session, focus areas were not massaged properly, it didn’t felt like an actual massage just a small touch.

  when paying for a 90 minute massage, 5 minutes of that should not be changing. I was so disappointed when my massage ended 5 minutes early. This is completely unstandard and takes away from the spa experience, when it is clear the business is trying to rush people out. additionally i paid for an add on for $15 for a foot scrub. i assumed this would be additional to the 90 minutes, and provide an extra experience. rather it was rushed in to the 85 minute total i was allotted and consisted of literally only applying a foot scrub. to which was removed using cold wet towels, which is completely unreasonable for the $15 add on fee. i understand my therapist may was only following company policy and my review does not reflect her service, but rather the company as a whole. additionally when i arrived there was no water, or anything. they had run out. overall i’m so disappointed i spent my hard earned bonus on a special day for myself at massage envy. it was a waste of what should have been a relaxing, enjoyable, and luxurious experience.

  I specifically asked for a female masseuse and was given a male masseuse with a beard that was wearing make up and earrings. This was not ok. I almost walked out but my wife was getting a massage at the same time. I was very disappointed.

  Everything from the booking the appointment to the after the massage is fast and easy to follow. Darrell is my favorite!!! He always gets me feeling fresh and reset. He is very professional and makes you feel at ease.
