- Rating 1.0Feedback on Massage Envy (150 Van Ness Location) Dear Massage Envy Management, I want to share my recent experience at your 150 Van Ness location, as I believe it could help improve customer satisfaction. Massage Quality: Unfortunately, the massages I received felt rushed and inconsistent in pressure. I had hoped for a more relaxing and therapeutic experience, but it seemed like the therapists were either inexperienced or not fully engaged. I would appreciate it if you could look into improving training and quality control to ensure all therapists meet a high standard. Facility Maintenance: I also noticed frequent plumbing issues, with backups occurring regularly. This not only creates an uncomfortable atmosphere but also raises hygiene concerns. A proactive approach to plumbing maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience. I truly enjoy visiting Massage Envy and would love to see improvements at this location. Please let me know if there are any plans to address these concerns. Thank you for your time!
