- Rating 1.0I have over 20 credits. Manager refused to give me a written print out of my credits. She refused to pause my account so I could use the services and get caught up. She was rude and argumentative. She did not try to help or offer any solutions. She gave me a bad feeling towards Massage Envy in PQ. I do not with to be contacted regarding this complaint. Please just talk to the manager and educate her on dealing with the public and problem solving to assist customers.
