- Rating 2.5I can never get in to see a deep tissue therapist in Minnesota locations. The 3 times since rejoining ME I have only seen one decent therapist who actually applied any pressure but cut my massage to 40 minutes for no reason? It was a chance visit to San Diego when I was able to get in to see Jacquine. She was great. Club ok, no waiting area except the busy noisy check in area. I am tired of being sent and asked if I want a facial, NO! i didn't joint a massage spa for facials. Also the Edina location close dot add some wager bed table that they are now pushing, again I want a massage, not a water bed. The Edina location used ot be nice and clean and is now dirty an run down and spends money on a table instead of freshening the restrooms and using and waiting area. The experience should start with the appointment, the check in an the environment of the club. ME falls short on all of these areas.

- Rating 4.5When you enter you notice a clean areas, the receptionist greet you with the smile and they check you in promptly. However, there was an issue with the front area, not updating the card on file. When it’s time for your massage, the masseuse comes out and calls your name promptly for your massage. Ms. Maura is a true, professional, and great masseuse.

- Rating 5.0Fantastic 90 minute massage with Bidone. She varied her pressure based on my needs and did an amazing job working on my tight back, shoulders and neck. I also want to thank the receptionists. They were very welcoming and made me feel at home.
