  They are your run-of-the-mill massage and facial parlor. Easy scheduling. Perhaps a bit overpriced and they often contact me to request a modification to my appointment (e.g., shorten to a 60-minute treatment, reschedule a half-hour earlier), but the services are adequate. I kind of like that it is a no-frills spa establishment, since I might feel a bit unsure of myself in a full day spa environment.

  Front Staff, Aestheticians, and Massage Therapists are always professional and friendly. Reception is pleasant and they are helpful with future bookings. Reyna V. is an outstanding massage therapist that listens to my needs and applies her skills to balance working out the tough muscles and massaging the other muscle groups for better circulation. I always feel noticeably better leaving than when I walked in. I check the mirror before and after the massage and because I am so relaxed, I am actually a little bit taller after. Reyna remembers previous sessions and checks in at the start of each session for the proper custom massage for the current and make a plan for the next session.

  It was my first visit and yes I thought it was pretty good experience. Front desk staff was very cheery and helpful. Therapist was not super friendly, but that doesn’t matter. Also, I wanted a relaxing massage and it felt pretty relaxing while she was doing it, but today my neck and upper back is hurting. Definitely sore from excessive massaging. I will try another therapist next time and will ask to be more gentle.

  My daughter and I looked forward to our appointments as ee our members if Massage Envy and have been for 13 years. However my daughters experience was inexcusable. Her therapist actually fell asleep while she was giving her massage. I didn't realize this until my daughter told me after we were heading home as she was not wanting to ruin our vacation and cause a scene at the spa. I also gave a 35 dollar tip to her masseuse for her hour massage not realizing what had happened. This is totally unacceptable. My massage was satisfactory but after hearing what had happened to my daughter ruined the experience.
