- Rating 1.5Front desk was super friendly & made conversation. My gf bought me this gift certificate as one of my medical skl graduation gifts. My therapist, Nicole, was not very friendly. Very cold & mechanical & made no conversation with me. And I was a Massage Therapist for several yrs b4 I went to medical skl. Her technique was 'blah" and the Lotion she was so cold. I thought after my surprised reaction to her application of it on my first limb, "Oh wow, that's cold!' that she would apologize or even rub it 2gether in her hand next time..nope! Didn't even acknowledge me. And the rooms were freezing, set 2 the temp comfort of the MT instead of the client.
