- Rating 1.0When making the appointment, I requested medium pressure. What I got was a lot of light sweeping. When I asked the masseuse for more pressure, she said that was all the pressure she could manage. So, basically, I paid for a full hour of light sweeping, which is not what I requested. It was a waste of my money and my time.

- Rating 4.0Relaxing experience however it feels very generic. There isn't exactly anything that makes the experience feel special, but still get a good treatment out of it

- Rating 1.5Therapists all seem reluctant and overly cautious. This particular therapist was friendly, but noted it would be a full body massage and the. Didn’t do glutes or chest, and only about half of my thighs. Also, your turnover is so high that even when I find a therapist I like, they’re gone within a few months. This makes it hard to use up the credits, and yet when I try to catch up, you want to charge me for a freeze plus.

- Rating 3.0I had and excellent massage… Upon leaving I was told I had to pay this was a Christmas gift from my daughter apparently who ever made the reservation made a mistake this is the 2nd time I’m 3 years that this has happened I think going forward I’m not going back will request a different massage location
- Rating 5.0Friendly and kind front desk staff. Fantastic massage therapist!! She had perfect pressure and great grounding at the end.
