- Rating 2.5I would rate my recommendation as a 10 if the room temperatures were not so cold for early morning appointments. I would appreciate a cooler room in the summer, of course.
- Rating 2.5This was my first time having a message at this location and the masseuse Jessica F made me feel stupid. When I walked in I had my PERSCRIPTION sunglasses on and I could see since it was dark in the room and then without the glasses it made it difficult to see. I asked if the seat was where I put my stuff and she quickly reprimanded me that that was her seat and pointed to the ottoman. Then I again can’t see well and I put my purse on the iPad holder, well that set her off she reprimanded me again and dropped my purse on the ottoman and and I sorry twice and she proceeded to tap on the iPad holder and told me it has a sign. I was super uncomfortable throughout the service. At the end she didn’t even wait for me at the door like all other experiences I’ve had at other establishments. I can’t believe I tipped her but I was so stunned about the experience. Again I must have said sorry 4 times during the interaction with her. Horrid experience.
