- Rating 5.0Was not super impressed by James and unsolicited advice to “stretch more”. Since I’ve been stretching as much as I can so it was not helpful.

- Rating 5.0I have been a monthly member for years in 2 different locations. I am generally satisfied. Turnover in staff is occasionally a problem.
- Rating 5.0The woman in the front desk was nice at the beginning and then was rude at the end. When it came to checking out trying to figure out what a “package” means was like pulling teeth. I understand you get 1 massage a month and that is applied when the money comes out of your account, but trying to get her to just take the money out now for the one massage instead of next week was a pain. She was not friendly and somewhat condescending. It really made me question whether I’d like to come back or not.
