- Rating 1.0I booked for a 60 minute massage and got like maybe a solid 35 minutes. I arrived at 10 waited for my therapist, waited on her to let me get ready while she grabbed the hot stones, asked me questions, and was done all by 1103
- Rating 4.0Excellent customer service from the start. Made me feel as I was part of the family.
- Rating 1.0Worn furnishings particularly the bench in the massage room, loud “relaxation” room - you can hear the lobby loudly, I respect a therapists desire to wear gloves if they wish but that should be detailed in the booking- it’s simply not the same and I had never had that before.
- Rating 5.0The customer service was excellent today which has not always been the case in the past.
- Rating 4.0I have received great massages over the years. Some are just good. It is important to find your fit with a masseuse.
