But many times, I have called and there is no appointment available-especially when it comes to facials. I thought I would give my fiance' a 90 minute for a birthday gift. YOU CHARGE me $10 transfer fee AND THEN Charge me $70 for the half hour since he wasn't a member. I feel like you are nickel and dime me to death. The person I spoke with HAD zero customer service. I will be looking forward to ending my membership-I get better customer service at other places.
