  I have been a member with Massage Envy since 2019. The services I have received have been great. However, the way the business is managed (not a particular location the business as a whole) is absolutely awful. I have called in and been told I never called because they don’t see a note. I just called today because I went in yesterday and asked them to do a freeze plus and the woman at the counter said she’d email the paperwork to me. Nothing was sent so I called today, I was told there was no note left to send me the email. So now I have to wait until tomorrow for the manager to hopefully send one. This would not be a big deal if I did not already go through multiple phone calls prior to this regarding other issues that were not resolved. Also, the policy that says if you cancel the membership you only have 2-3 months to use up all accrued services or lose them. I asked to cancel during Covid but they said I had to go into a store… Stores were closed b/c or lockdown. I was told I could freeze it but I would have to call every month and pay a fee. So I was paying monthly for services I could not even use. And then when I told them I tried to cancel during Covid they said they had no record of me even calling. I had tried to freeze it after that and was told by the front desk she would do it. Then when I went in again and told them I was still being charged even though I signed up with the freeze… they said I would have had to sign papers to freeze. Which was not told to me when I asked the first time. I have been trying to catch up so I can cancel without losing my services. It is almost impossible. I just wish customer service was more geared towards helping the customer not focused on money for the company. By the way this is my first review I have ever written, so for me to take the time to write all of this should show how frustrated I have been since 2019.
