- Rating 1.0I have been a member with Massage Envy for over 15 years but lately I have had last minute cancellations of my massage appointments that I have had scheduled weeks in advance. I am unable to reschedule with my preferred massage therapist until weeks later. When I try another massage therapist they don’t meet my needs due to their style of massage. Massage Envy never compensates me for the inconvenience yet if I cancelled last minute I would be charged in full. I know things happen but I think the franchise should offer some sort of compensation for the complete inconvenience. Instead I only got a 60 minute massage instead of my schedule 90 minute and they still had the audacity to upcharge for the market fee. My dissatisfaction is not the therapists fault it is the franchise who fails to deliver a positive experience when it is their fault that appointments are cancelled on the day of.

If I’m being honest - there’s one front desk person that I dread interacting with - and it took me I believe three different therapist before I had a session with Rani, who as my recent history will show - is the only one that I schedule with.
