- Rating 0.0Madison put no effort into my facial. This was my first time seeing Madison. I’ve had many facials and I was very disappointed in my service. She said she’s worked there for 2 years. You can tell when an Esthetician cares about their clients. She doesn’t. If your location is struggling when it comes to facials she may be the reason why. I’ve been seeing Andrea at your other location in San Marcos. She quit. Let me tell you she knows how to do a facial & neck & shoulder massage. I won’t be back to Madison & am now terming my membership with ME. I’m moving on to better spas.

They were so incredibly kind - & they went above and beyond to accommodate me and help me prepare for a major career event I had the next day!! I couldn’t possibly recommend them enough—and even though I live quite far, their customer service and the quality of their work was enough to convince me to make the drive. Will definitely be returning!

- Rating 3.0Your receipt states custom massage for my 2/23/24 Flex spending believes custom is me asking for something special. I called and asked for help and was told manager would get back to me. Manager did not. I came in for massage 3/15 and brought forms the front desk would sign and flex spending would reimburse. Front desk would not and said no manager working. I called yesterday and asked for manager to call me. Manager did not. This isn’t bad customer service. This is no customer service.
