- Rating 3.0The experience with masseuse Michelle T was and always is wonderful, but because of price I can’t say I’m very likely to recommend M.E. to friends and family. I love M.E., but it’s a luxury that many of my friends and family just cannot afford.

- Rating 1.0The rooms are freezing so you cannot relax they could not adjust the temperature. The therapist said yeah that’s how they have it. Her hands were super cold. I couldn’t relax and enjoy my massage. I had an hour and a half I specified it was a full body she said yes no problem. Then she asked me any focus points and I said yes. So she says on dresser that you’re comfortable so I did an hour and a half goes by I only get my focus points for the whole hour and a half then she says OK get up and get dressed. I was so shocked and so disappointed never again I go out, and I asked the receptionist I had a full body then the receptionist says oh it’s up to the massage therapist that was also shocking to me, I attended the facility in Rancho and other places and that was never said or even done that is unheard of.
