- Rating 1.0I would not recommend the Northridge location due tot he front staff. However, the masseuse Amy is fantastic. I emailed management about my recent experience with a front desk girl and have yet to hear back. I don’t want this review to be any reflection on Amy and solely on the front desk girl.

- Rating 4.5Nice and clean environment where you can relax and enjoy and good massage. The only bad thing is that they don’t use the hr massaging you. The time starts when you get there, but you still have to wait to be called in to be taken to the room where you undress and then the massage therapist goes in, which takes another 8-10 min.

- Rating 1.0Our first visit with massage ency was with the Beverly Hills location which was good enough for us to sign up for the yearly subscription. there is couple problems with our billings and setting on the account which makes it really inconvenient that we have to go the home store to fix it. Additional to everything the visit to Northridge location was horrible, the sheets smelled and some parts of covers were torn. the masseuse wasn't educated about how to massage mussels and when telling her what I needed she didn't change anything about either focusing on the needed areas or not touching the injured part. unfortunately me and my husband both were at the location and he had one the worst experiences with massage as well. plus the couple room wasn't available because tables weren't working which completely ruined the whole date.
