- Rating 1.0I've been a member of ME for 15+ years. I often travel and always visit the local ME. I have never had to pay an additional cost if I went to a ME that wasn't my home base location. I visit Northridge and am charged $15 plus a credit for my hour massage. No thanks. And it's unfortunate because Lori was amazing and I wanted to come every 2 weeks and use up a lot of my credits. I'll go elsewhere or make the trip to my home base.

- Rating 1.0The message therapist and all of the staff were very pleasant. The actual message was unpleasant due to the room was on the cooler side and the oil was not warmed prior to applying which lead me to feeling cold for the message.

- Rating 5.0This is for the Northridge location on Devonshire St. I can’t recommend Lili enough! Every massage I’ve had with her leaves me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. She is always mindful of the small details, like using a pillow to ease neck tension, which makes all the difference in comfort. The pressure is consistently perfect, tailored to what I need each time. Lili’s thoughtful approach and skillful technique make her sessions truly exceptional.
